# Land NFT

Orbis World is an open world. All places in the World, except for certain places where the Portal is located, initially have no owners. Areas where natural resources can be collected cannot be owned, and all other areas can be owned as Land NFT. Wait for the explorer's research report! The larger the area where the research is completed, the more opportunities you will have your own estate property.

This is Orbis World's specific area coordinates are stored estate ownership. You can decorate or build anything you want.

You can create cities to make economic activities, create amusement parks, or create healing spaces where nature coexists. The value of this place is infinite according to your creation.
